From fundraising to social inclusion, here are some of the projects through which the Misericordia di Ariccia has put solidarity into practice.
Today
- “The wall of kindness” — in Velletri, with the Rete di tutti: leave what you can, take what you need.
- Meal service — in Ariccia, with Caritas.
- “City with a positive impact” — with PMG, the Municipality of Albano and Formalba.
Past projects
- “Dona un respiro” (2020) — fundraising, with the Municipality of Ariccia and the Italian Red Cross, to donate a ventilator to the new Castelli hospital.
- “Attivi Insieme / Al Tuo Servizio” (2020) — tele-assistance and delivery of food and medicine to fragile people during the pandemic.
- “SEMI di Inclusione” (2021) and “Coltivare Inclusione” (2022) — social gardens and inclusion for disadvantaged people (Lazio Region).
- FAMI / “Castle” projects — support for the reception and integration of migrants (EU Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund).
- Hospital volunteers (until 2020) and tele-rescue for the elderly.
- “MIT Link” (2024) — sport and inclusion for 100 people with disabilities.
